Jules Taylor Sauvinon Blanc has a radiant mild yellow hue, tinged with green and the dominant flavours are recent and natural layered over ripe tropical fruit & citrus notes. A fantastic line of acid ensures the flavours are focussed and results in a delicate yet persistent end with underlying mineral tones. Refreshingly dry with a soft, properly-roundedness and drinkability. Gushing with peaches, pears and a creamy mouthfeel. I would call this luscious, in every sense of the word.

Several life-affirming vintages in Italy underscored Jules’ love of wine as a simple pleasure to be loved alongside good meals and nice pals. Jules strongly believes wine must be more about creating nice recollections and fewer about status or cellaring potential. To say that Taylor is aware of sauvignon blanc is an understatement, she has grown and produced many remarkable examples through the years in addition to advising, discussing and promoting the range at quite a few wine gatherings.
